Muscle weakness or cramps, exercise intolerance. Sometimes associated with rhabdomyolysis.

Rhabdomyolysis

Risk of rhabdomyolysis when exposed to volatiles or suxamethonium in setting of increased background risk

Malignant hyperthermia-like syndrome and carnitine palmitoyltransferase II deficiency with heterozygous R503C mutation
